Un cuore al caldo

(Lampade nella notte piovosa d’inverno).

La  pioggia è incessante mentre porto a spasso il cane,

non vedo il sole oramai da giorni.

Il peso di questa solitudine ha curvato la mia schiena.

Quanti sono i modi per farla finita?

Ho iniziato a ridere è un gran gelo si è sciolto in me.

Il cane che portavo a spasso d’improvviso s’è fermato e mi ha guardato sbigottito.

Amo questa donna che ha guardato le mie scarpe bagnate.

I started laughing and a great frost has melted in me.

The dog that I was walking around suddenly stopped and looked at me in amazement.

I love this woman who looked at my wet shoes.
